A new tattoo studio is coming to Carmel. Here's how owners are preparing
You don't want to have any "ragrets." Try out your tat before fully committing. Michael Hockman stood in what would soon be his new tattoo shop and snapped a picture. Inspections were done. The sign had been put up, though just a bit crooked. That would be fixed later. Hockman and co-owner Matthew Carrel are preparing to open Forever Gallery and Tattoo. The shop is slated to open Aug. 15. When Carrel told his dad about the shop, his dad was worried business would be tough. “You are out of your mind to be doing this right now,” his dad told him. But the co-owners say they are confident in their ability to keep themselves and their clients safe, and with an already strong clientele, they’re not worried about struggling to find clients during the situation.
